Refund Policy

We want you to love your headshots. If you are not happy with the results, we’ll refund you—no questions asked.

How refunds work

  • You can preview your generated headshots in the Studio. Previews are watermarked.
  • If you click Remove Watermarks (or download the clean images), that means you accepted the results.
  • If you do not remove watermarks, you can request a full refund.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 7 days of placing your order.

Free redo (all plans)

  • If you’re not satisfied, you can request a free redo.
  • If you’re still not satisfied after the redo, you can still request a full refund (as long as you haven’t removed watermarks and you’re within the 7-day window).

Reach out to us via chat or email with the email you used for your order. We’ll take care of it.

Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

A quick note

  • Our refund rate is about 2% (most customers are happy with their results).
  • If you upload photos that match our photo upload guidelines, you’re very likely to get ultra-realistic headshots.
