• Account information: email and basic account details needed to sign in and use Proshoot.
• Photos you upload: the images you provide to generate your headshots.
• Generated results: the headshots we generate for you.
• Payment information: payments are handled by LemonSqueezy (acquired by Stripe). We receive purchase details (like your email and order status), but we do not store your full card details.
• Usage data: basic technical and usage information (for example, pages viewed and product interactions) to help us improve the product.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account
• To generate your headshots and deliver results in your dashboard
• To provide support and respond to your requests
• To run, secure, and improve Proshoot

3. AI processing (third-party vendors)

Proshoot runs on modern cloud infrastructure. Our website is hosted on Vercel. For AI processing, we use third-party vendors such as Modal and fal.ai. This means your uploaded photos may be securely sent to these providers for processing, and the results are returned to Proshoot.

We do not use your photos to train AI models.

4. Data retention and deletion

• Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Generated results are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• You can manually delete uploads and results from your dashboard at any time.
• If you email us, we can help delete your data as well.

5. Analytics and error tracking

• We use PostHog to understand product usage and improve Proshoot.
• We use Sentry to detect and fix errors.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, keep the app working correctly, and support analytics.

7. When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it when needed to run Proshoot.

• Service providers: companies we use to run Proshoot (for example, hosting, AI processing, payments, analytics, and error monitoring).
• Legal: if required to comply with the law or to protect Proshoot from fraud or abuse.
• Business changes: if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

8. International processing

Proshoot and our providers may process data in different countries. We only use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Emails

We may email you about your account, orders, and support requests. We may also send product updates or promotional emails in the future. If we do, you can unsubscribe anytime.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

11. Your choices

• You can delete uploads and results from your dashboard.
• You can request access or deletion by emailing us at [email protected].

12. Children’s privacy

Proshoot is not for children.
